Cheat Turkey burger with Mozzerella and red peppers/basil Salad with EVOO and V Ice cream and cake I went to a b day party so I did some munching but not to much 1 slice of Pizza (shared with my little guy) Green tea
It is a winter squash. It is a sub for pasta. It is low in cal. 42 cal in a cup. Nutrients: Folic acid, potassium, Vitamin A and Beta Carotene. You just cut it open and face down put it is water and cook it until the insides are soft and then peal the insides out. Hopefully it is ok to have. It kind of makes your feel like your eating pasta.
Today High Carb day # 2
Banana Watermelon and Pineapple
Protein .5 Turkey bacon 1c flank steak lean Dinner Meat (Not sure what yet) Maybe .5 chicken (I did have .5 egg whites but they fell on the floor and lucy ate them! ) My dog is great for cleaning up things I spill.
Carbs 1s ez tst brown rice pasta .5 for dinner tonight
Veggies salad with V edamame beans
water and green tea still 131.2 today when I weighed myself maybe it will change tomorrow. Is my weight loss going to be really slow now?
Did arms today and a 50 m dance class and ran about a mile.
