    Still have no stove today. Will have one tomorrow though .. Can't wait ..

    Protein
    .5 Salmon (sushi)
    1c tuna
    (Need to think about the other .5 maybe eggs)

    Carbs
    1 ez tst
    .5 brown rice (from Sushi)

    Fats
    0

    Veggies
    Salad - Vinegar

    I usually get the roll that has the avacado but I will just ask for double cucumber in the roll with the salmon instead of the Fat as I can't have fat today.

    Feeling amazing! I am so happy! My tight clothes are fitting me lose.

    1.5 hot yoga

    Protein
    .5 cont chicken burger
    .5 cont egg salad
    1 scoop Harmonized Protein with greens first
    3/4 cup turkey meat sauteed with veggies

    Carbs
    .5 wild/brown rice

    Fats
    1 servings almonds
    .5 serving canola/white wine vin on salad
    .5 serving safflower mayo in egg salad
    1 srving pean btr in shake

    Fruit
    banana
    mango/pinapple

    45 minutes HIIT
    shoulders arms abs

    2 servings pineapple
    Carbs
    1.5 servings of Ezekiel bread
    Protein:
    1 container tuna fish
    1 container egg whites
    celery
    cucumbers
    peppers
    spinach

    Fruit - 1 banana, 5 pineapple
    Carb - .5 c sweet potatoe
    Protein - 1 c egg whites
    1 c chicken
    Fats - 1 tab. lite saffl mayo 4g, 3 tab. peanut butter 24g, 23 almonds 15g 43g total
    Peppers, steamed spinach, broccoli
