    sunday - march 7
    High carb
    kettlebells - 30 min
    walk - 3 miles

    protein
    dover sole - .5 container
    tuna - .5 container
    3/4 container egg whites
    1.5 scoop protein powder with cocoa powder

    carb
    1 slices ez bread
    1/4 container GF oat bar

    fruit
    unsweetened dried mango slices - 4
    .5 Banana
    handful raisins/cranberry

  5. This is for Sat. March 6th - low carb #4 - cardio. Went up to my daughters School and brought containers in car along with Tab. for peanut butter. Ate dinner in room and not drinks even at bars. That's dedication.

    Fruit - blueberries, pineapple
    Carb - .5 sweet potatoe
    Protein -
    1 c egg whites , 1 c chicken
    Fat - 3 tab. peanut butter 24g
    1 tab. saff. mayo 4 g
    23 almonds 15g
    lot of vegs and salad

    Sunday March 7th no work out low carb #1
    Fruit - pineapple, banana
    Protein - egg whites (could not estimate how many in hotel), 1 c chicken
    Carb. - .5 c sweet potatoe
    Fats - 4 Tab. peanut butter - 32g
    - 23 almonds 15g
    lots of peppers and vegs

    You guys are great! I know some of the questions are probably common sense to you....

    Also, My weight is 138 now, it was 137.4.
    I don't understand why I didn't loose this week. Can you email me. Maybe we can look at some things.
    I did eat the Turkey jerkey for the first time wondering if to much sodium?
