Sunday March 7th no work out low carb #1 Fruit - pineapple, banana Protein - egg whites (could not estimate how many in hotel), 1 c chicken Carb. - .5 c sweet potatoe Fats - 4 Tab. peanut butter - 32g - 23 almonds 15g lots of peppers and vegs

Also, My weight is 138 now, it was 137.4. I don't understand why I didn't loose this week. Can you email me. Maybe we can look at some things. I did eat the Turkey jerkey for the first time wondering if to much sodium?
