women day 76, friday march 26th

    Yeh!
    I am so Anxious for next weekend (April 3rd specifically) lol

    Weight this morning was 132.2

    2 large Iced Green tea with stevia (from Starbucks) I love this!
    I tried to drink some coffee the other day and I didn't like it anymore. I guess that is a step in the right direction.
    Fruit (before 12)
    Watermelon&banana
    Mixed berries (blueberries & strawberries)
    Protein
    .5 chicken
    .5 egg whites
    .5 turkey sausage
    .5 something for dinner probably sirloin. I had to defrost the meat so we will see if it is ready to cook when I get home

    Salad with EVOO and Edamame beans

    Going to the movies to go see How to train your dragon with the kiddies! I think they will like it!

    Doing hitt work today for 30m
    How many times a week should we be doing HITT? Excluding the weight workout?

    30 minutes cardio
    weights-legs I didn't have the energy for yesterday
    Fruit:
    banana
    pineapple
    Protein:
    1 container tunafish
    1 container eggwhites
    cucumbers
    other vegetables

  3. Maybe taking off today. Worked out in CHicago both days cardio 45 min.. Had my container-maybe had a bit of sunflowers seeds i wasn't 100% probably 90-you know me do what I'm told but....

    Very very frustrated. was down two on Monday since the beginning now up one so total loss 1 lb. Not feeling great about this but....I'm listening to the boss.

    I am the same way..I didnt loose much either, but still going on with it.It has made me feel better nad have more energy:)

    How are you today?
    I am feeling a lot better, those shakes that Tom told me to make finally started to work today, so I am back to feeling good.

    protein:
    .5 cont chicken salad
    1 cont steak

    carbs:
    0


    fats:
    1 serv EVOO
    3 fishoil/3 flax seed tablets

    Apple and pineapple for breakfast, some coffee with almond milk and stevia!
    Wil do 1 h step and 40 min run tonight!

  6. Jess, nice! You can do hiit 3 or 4 times a week. Youre doing great. stay focused on phase 4 for the next week then we will make a decision on what's next for you.
