    Salad with lots of veggies and Balsamic Vinegar
    I have really gotten use to just putting the vinegar in my salad with no EVOO and its ok .. It really tastes the same to me.

    No fat unless I count my ass...

    -1 container sashimi - tuna/salmon with radish and ginger

    large bag sting beans
    1/2 head cauliflower

    1 hr of strenght training

    Carbs
    steel oats w/1/2 banana and 1 large tablespoon of mixed apples and pears sauteed in lakewood organic red pomegranate juice

    Protein
    large muscle maker chocolate protein shake with 1 banana and 1 teaspoon of organic peanut butter

    Grilled chicken with sauteed peppers (RED, YELLOW, ORANGE) and onions and tomatoes...veggies sauteed in tsp of olive oil

    salad with balsamic vingerette, tomatoes, red onions

    3 bottles of water
    1 bag of 23 alonds

    ny gym..stayed late at work, but will make up for it tom and sunday:)
