veggies Salad with lots of veggies and Balsamic Vinegar I have really gotten use to just putting the vinegar in my salad with no EVOO and its ok .. It really tastes the same to me.

Jessica, Looks great. I know the oil is so unnecessary. Don't worry about how much time is left just focus on what needs to be done now. We wont desert you.
