    Salad with EVOO and V

    Fish oil pills
    Flax
    Acid Pill

    Water

    HITT Work
    Do Class for 2hrs
    Arms
    Green tea all day and water
    6am .5 turkey sausage and eggs .5
    8am banana
    10am mixed fruit
    11am Workout
    12pm salad with EVOO and V and .5 chicken
    3pm .5 sirloin
    6pm .5 sirloin with Veggies

    30 minute lifting shoulders arms abs
    Fruit:
    1 banana
    1 pineapple
    Protein:
    1 container tunafish
    1 container eggwhites

    enough vegetable to sink a ship

    Awsome workout yesterday:)
    I am feeling good, except that I have bathroom issues..e-mailed Tom about it.
    Tried everything I could, but nothing seems to work since phase 4:(

    Protein:
    .5 cont chicken salad
    1 cont chicken breast

    carbs:
    0

    fats:
    1 EVOO
    3 fishoil
    3 flax oil

    Banana+pineapple for breakfast!veggies and water all day+ home made veggie soup

    Will do 50 min HIIT today!
