    Veggies - Salad with V
    Spinach in eggs

    Fats
    2 Yolks from Eggs
    almond butter

    3 servings almonds
    Fruit:
    1 serving pineapple
    1 banana
    Protein:
    1 container tunafish
    1 container egg whites
    Carbs:
    .5 Ezekiel bread

    1 serv chicken salad
    .5 serv chicken sausage
    .5 serv egg whites

    Carbs:
    1.5 slice EZ bread

    Fats:
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    Apple and pineapple + coffee in the morning, snacked on veggies and water all day:)
    Will do 1 h high intensity step tonight!
