women day 56, sat march 6

  1. ok so last night was a mini cheat -
    I had about 2 glasses of sangria and a few bites of a cannoli - im sure sangria had a gazillion grams of sugar cause i barely tasted the wine and it was VERY sweet- but it was my bday so...

    Anyway onward and upward
    Today - low carb
    HIT then 1.5 hot yoga

    Protein
    1 scoop powder
    1/2 container of tuna
    another scoop of protein powder this evening probably
    1/2 grilled chicken

    carb
    1/2 cont wild/brown rice

    fruit
    6 pinapple chunks in shake
    handful of freeze dried berries

    Fats
    1 tbsp almond btr in shake
    1 tsp saff mayo in tuna
    22 almonds throughout day probably

    veg
    throughout the day...
    6 gherkin cukes
    6 celery stalks
    1 bag of string beans
    i bag of petite carrots

    large chopped salad w/dinner with the grilled chicken listed under protein

    ill prob have a choc protein shake with cocoa powder tonight as a snack with 1 tbsp almond btr

    ill see you in toms class tomorrow

    as always - ton of water
    iced green tea all day

    Banana
    Orange

    Protein
    .5 turkey breast
    .5 turkey jerkey (organic)
    .5 egg whites
    .5 brisket (not sure if it was okay to have this.. It was antibiotic free)

    Carbs
    1 ez tst
    .5 sweet potato

    Veggie
    Big salad with Vinegar (having no oil was not so bad) I put in a beet and some yellow peppers, edamame beans and some egg whites. lots of veggies

    Fats 0

    Loving today ... I have tons of energy ...
    Going to bring my lucy (boxer) over to the dog park today she needs some activity too. She is so cute.

    1.5 scoop protein
    1 cont beef chilli

    carb:
    .5 cont rice pasta

    fats:
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv oil

    Did one hour kickbowxing today..felt great after it!

  4. Has a change in plans today since I don't have a kitchen at the moment.
    I ate alaska roll (Avacado,cucumber, salmon) instead of the brisket and instead of having a sweet potato I had the brown rice from the roll.
    Still feeling Great!

    sunday - march 7
    High carb
    kettlebells - 30 min
    walk - 3 miles

    protein
    dover sole - .5 container
    tuna - .5 container
    3/4 container egg whites
    1.5 scoop protein powder with cocoa powder

    carb
    1 slices ez bread
    1/4 container GF oat bar

    fruit
    unsweetened dried mango slices - 4
    .5 Banana
    handful raisins/cranberry
