women day 72, monday march 22nd

    Here we go!

    Phase 4
    Monday

    I don't have trouble sleeping, but I love things that smell nice the lavender oil smells beautiful and I think I actually did sleep even better than I usually do .. although it might be imagination it made me feel like I was at the spa...
    ;)

    Fruit
    Pinapple
    Banana

    Protein
    1c Turkey Sausage
    1c Sirloin

    Lets not mention CARBS!, FAT oh lets not mention that either ! lol

    Veggies - Salad and Spinach

    6am
    Egg whites .5 with Spinach, .5 turkey sausage
    (this worked out Jody)
    10am
    Banana
    12 or 1 = workout (bring my grapes with me)
    1 or 2 afterworkout = Salad with EVOO and V
    3 = .5 sirloin with T. Sauce
    6pm .5 sirloin with salad

    I have a really big meeting tomorrow it is most of the afternoon. I will just make sure I plan, plan, and plan..

    chest back abs
    cardio later in the day

    1 container tunafish
    1 container egg whites

    flax seed
    fish oil

    a host of vegetables

    You totally killed me Sunday..AND I LOOOVED IT:) CANT WAIT FOR TUESDAY:)

    Today's food

    protein:
    .5 cont chicken breast
    .5 cont chicken breast
    .5 cont chicken sausage

    carbs:
    0

    fats:
    3 fishoil
    3 flex seed
    1 EVOO

    1 h HIIT : step for 45 min + run for 15 min(+ abs)

    Banana+pineapple and some coffee for breakfast, lots of veggies and water!
