I don't have trouble sleeping, but I love things that smell nice the lavender oil smells beautiful and I think I actually did sleep even better than I usually do .. although it might be imagination it made me feel like I was at the spa... ;)

6am Egg whites .5 with Spinach, .5 turkey sausage (this worked out Jody) 10am Banana 12 or 1 = workout (bring my grapes with me) 1 or 2 afterworkout = Salad with EVOO and V 3 = .5 sirloin with T. Sauce 6pm .5 sirloin with salad
I have a really big meeting tomorrow it is most of the afternoon. I will just make sure I plan, plan, and plan..

1 h HIIT : step for 45 min + run for 15 min(+ abs)
Banana+pineapple and some coffee for breakfast, lots of veggies and water!
Jessica, I know its a little more time consuming to make eggs in the morning. Great job! Love lavender too!
