    1c egg whites

    Carbs
    .5 brown rice from roll (sushi)

    Veggies - Salad with EVOO and lots of veggies all different colors .. The yellow peppers are my favorite.

    Fats
    EVOO
    Almond butter
    Avacado

    Rock Jazz Class 1.5 hrs This class is more instruction then workout.

    Fat:
    3 servings almonds
    Protein:
    1 container tunafish
    1 container eggwhites
    Carbs.
    .5 Ezekiel bread
    spinach cucumbers peppers

    What a great training last night..I just really cant wait til next time:)

    1 cont chicken salad
    1 cont salmon

    Carb:
    .5 cont sweet potato

    Fats:
    1 serv saff. mayo
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv EVOO

    Apple+pineapple for breakfast along with some almond milk coffee, veggies and water all day, will do 1 h cardio kickbox!
