    Sorry I missed class today, we just ended up staying late and slept in:)
    E-mail me the days when u are free for PT this week( would like two sessions)

    High carb day:

    Protein:
    1 cont protein powder
    1 cont grilled chicken breast

    Carbs:
    .5 cont rolled oats
    1 serv rice/beans

    fats:
    0

    pineapple and berries for breakfast with some coffee, lots of preping for next week.

    Cant wait for PT:)
