    1 cont chicken sausage
    1 cont shrimp

    carbs:
    1 cont rice/beans
    .5 cont mashed sweet potato

    fats:
    0

    apples for breakfast+ coffee, tons of veggies and water.

  3. Went for a walk tonight with my kids! Fun what a beautiful day. Also took my little guy on the bike I have a seat for him so he liked that.
    Going to my rock jazz class tonight.
    I am so looking forward to the summer....

  4. This is for Tuesday - High Carb #1 - took an amazing class in city-I hit muscles I didn't know I have
    Fruit - blueberries, banana
    Carb - 1 c oatmeal, 1/2 c sweet potatoe
    Protein - 1 c tofu and chicken, 1 c chicken
    Lots of salad and steamed vegs

    Wed - Low carb #3 - eliptcal and treadmill
    Fruit - banana, apple
    Carb - .5c oatmeal
    Protein - 1 c turkey breast, 1 c chicken
    Fats - 3 tab. peanut butter 24g, 23 almonds 15g
    lots of vegs

    You know JOdi I would be in restaurant in city with my container or in salad places and had them put the protein in the container. Nuts, right? So that show you saw was good?

  7. Jessica, I am really looking forward to the summer as well. Walked at Pier village today with my son. It was so beautiful. 2 jackasses jumped into the water. They were 20 something year old boys. They screamed like little girls when they hit the water. Not warm enough for that yet.

  10. Regina , you are not nuts I get the salad and put my own protein from home on it ..If I know I am going out.
    Although its not to often these days I am sure it will be more when the weather is better.
