    Fruit - 5 pineapple, blueberries
    Protein - 1 c chicken
    1 c fish
    Carb - .5 c sweet potatoe
    1 c brown rice and beans
    vegs and vegs

    I feel good Jodi but the scale moves down 1/2 lb on low carb days and back up on high. Have not lost anything. 'what's up with that? I'm waiting and being patient
