    I look forward to both days. Its kinda crazy. I like the Low carb days because I can get my fats and I like the high carb days because I get more carbs.
    The ez bread tastes pretty good with a banana made into a spread on top of it.

    Well anyway this is my day for today..

    1c sirloin
    .5 egg whites
    .5 shrimp, gulf

    .5 ez tst (1.5)
    1c durham semolina pasta ( gluten free)

    veggies
    Cucumbers
    Salad
    Salsa

    *dance 50m
    * arm workout 40m
    Run about 10 min..warm up

    Leg workout is going great. I have done it a couple of times I increased the weight a little bit.
    My legs feel good!

    Orange and pineapple in the morning, coffee and veggies all day!

  4. Sunday
    Low Carb Day # 4

    Rest day today

    Last night our power went out for a couple of hrs. so I was not able to cook the shrimp so I had a salad with Grilled chicken instead.

    No kitchen and no electric. Not a pretty site.

    Banana
    Orange

    Protein
    .5 tuna
    .5 gulf shrimp
    1c egg whites (spinach)

    Carbs
    1 c EZ bread

    Fats
    Almond Butter
    1s sunflower seeds

    Breakfast
    .5 banana, .5 egg whites with Spinach , 1 slice ez with almond butter
    snack
    .5 banana , .5 egg whites with Spinach/Orange
    Lunch
    salad with tuna and Sunflower seeds and vinegar
    Dinner
    Shrimp .5 , with the cauliflower that looks like broccoli..(I never had it. It is Yummy!
    Have a great day ... Power is on again..!

    Oh Jody never got to finish the movie... the lights went out in the whole mall. They gave us back our tickets to come and see it again another time.

    I would wait for the Video to come out ....Was not worth it!
