    1 container chicken
    1 container egg whites
    Carbs:
    1.5 Ezekiel bread

    1 scoop protein powder
    1 cont ground turkey meat
    prob another scoop tonight

    carb
    1/4 container GF oat bar
    1/2 cup brown/wild rice

    fruit
    3 rings pinapple
    spicy salsa (peppers onions) 1/8 cup -- with egg whites

    fat
    2 tbsp almond or peanut btr tonight
    1 tabl canola oil with ground turkey
    1 tabl can oil with salad

    free
    8-9 sport bottles of water
    1 cont greens
    gallon size bag of cukes/celery/carrots/snap peas

    1 cont rice/beans
    .5 cont rice pasta

    Apple and pineapple for breakfast+ coffee...lots of veggies nad water all day.

    Will do 1 h full body weights tonight.

  5. Sara, great job! See you tomorrow night. (wed) Had a great time in the city. Managed to stay on the plan with the exception of some berries for dessert. Say a Behanding in Spokane with Christopher Walken. It was amazing! So funny!

  8. Jessica, walks are so beneficial. That's how I lose the extra weight. You will see if you start how it revs your metabolism up. Don't even have to speed walk. Great day!
