    *Peanut Butter (organic) i don't love peanut butter I prefer the Almond butter but I picked up the wrong jar at the grocery store. oh well

    Brussel sprouts
    Big Salad with EVOO and V

    1 container chicken

    a host of vegeatables

    It's almost Friday:)

    Low carb day for me

    Protein:
    1 cont turkey breast
    1 cont beef chilli

    Carbs:
    .5 cont rice pasta

    Fats:
    2 serv oil
    1 serv avocado

    Will do HIIT today: eitehr bootcamp in gym or running!
    So excited to train on Sunday, I really missed it this week:)

    I just read your feedback from yesterday.
    I always us 1/2 cup of alond milk and few stevia in my coffee!Thats it, no exceptions!
