women day 77, sat march 27th

    Fruit
    2 Bananas

    Protein
    .5 Turkey Sausage
    .5 Egg whites
    .5 sirloin (TS)
    .5 chicken breast

    Salad with EVOO / Edamame Beans
    ohhhh
    I miss my sushi roll!!!!yummy !!if only it didnt need to be held together by the brown rice.
    20 min hitt
    30 m chest and back
    50 m dance
    kinda happy I am not dancing this Wed. It really takes alot out of me on Wed. I don't end up getting home until 11 pm and i am so tired the next day.

    Last saturday to blog:) OMG..went by so fast!

    protein:
    .5 cont egg whites+ 3 turkey bacon(no fat)
    1 cont beef chilli

    fats:
    1 serv EVOO
    3/3 fish/flax

    Pineapple+banana for breakfast, some almond milk coffee..veggies and water all day:)

    50 min kickboxing+ 20 min HIIT
    feeling excellent:)

    See you tom. at 11 AM!

    Headache gone and now I know why I had one

    2 bananas

    Protein
    .5 Turkey Jerky
    .5 egg whites
    .5 Turkey Sausage
    1c Sirloin

    Eggplant mixed in with the sirloin
    2 green teas

    1 shot of wheatgrass from Jamba juice

    1 c fish, 1 c chicken
    1 tab. evoo
    2 fish oil pills, 2 flaxseed pills

    lots and lots of vegs-ready to explode

    Of course taking container to Fla.
