    .5 turkey sausage
    1c chicken breast
    1c sirloin (ts)

    EVOO

    Salad with Vinegar
    and any other veggies I get my hands on.
    (132.4 this morning. My body loves that .2)

    Hey I sometimes eat Edamame, but I hear they are high in fat is it okay for me to still eat them, and I think we are far from having no fat in our diets right because the meat we are eating has it?

  2. 60 minutes HIIT had a very hard time getting through it
    30 minutes brisk walk later in the day
    legs if I have any energy left in the afternoon

    Having a little problem with energy and mental clarity. The mental clarity is always an issue...

  3. jessica, looks great. Edamame has about 8g of fat per cup. You probably don't eat that much. Think of taking them out of the pod and putting them into a measuring cup. How much do you think you eat? I am not too concerned about it. Its not saturated fat and its loaded with protein as well.
