    Water, Green Tea..

    Doing okay. Don't feel terrible only at night.

    How are you?
    I am feeling better from my cold, I hope you are too!

    Protein:
    .5 cont chicken
    1 cont tilapia

    fats:
    1 serv EVOO
    3/3 flax/fishoil tablets

    banana+pineapple for breakfast and some coffee;
    will do 1 h step and 20 min HIIT run tonight.

    .5 egg whites
    .5 turkey bacon
    .5 another protein not sure what (dinner)

    Salad with EVOO and V
    Edamame Beans
