    Fruit - banana, blueberries
    Carb - .5 c oatmeal
    Protein - 1 c turkey breast, 1 c chicken
    Fat - 3 tab. peanut butter 24g
    23 almonds 15g plus about 4 more almonds
    Vegs and salad

    Today - Low Carb #4
    Fruit - banana, 5 pineapple
    Protein - 1 c chicken, 1 c fish
    Carb - .5 c oatmeal
    Fats - 3 tab. peanut butter 24g, 23 almonds 15g
