    arms shoulders and abs
    cardio later in the day (hopefully)

    banana
    pineapple

    tunafish
    eggwhites
    vegetables--so many I can't even name them
    fish oil and flax pills

  3. taking off today no workout-think i need it

    had a headache yesterday-prob. not enough vegs- EVOO I thought we can't have any fat?

    2 fruits before 12
    protein 1 c chicken, 1 c chicken
    2 fish oil and 2 flax pills morning and night
    lots of vegs

    3 fish oil
    3 flex seed

    Pineapple and banana for breakfast, some coffee, veggies and water+ home made veggie soup!

    Will do upper body+ abs tonihgt!
