    1/2 container brown rice

    Fats:
    3 yolks
    2 serving almonds
    1 serving sunflower seeds

    Fruit:
    Honey Dew Melon
    Orange

    4 - eggs
    1 - Protein Shake (1 scoop)
    1 - Steak
    1 - ground Beef

    Carbs:
    3 slices EZ Bread
    1 - Rice Pasta
    1/2 - Sweet potato

    Fats:
    3 egg yolks


    Fruit:
    2 oranges

    1 grapefruit
    1 banana

    Protein
    1 container of chicken
    1 container of steak

    Carbs
    1 serving of EZ bread

    Fat
    1 serving of almond/peanut butter (mixed)

    I was at a wrestling tournament which unexpectedly lasted all day, hence the reason I am light a protein and fat.
