    45 minutes kick ass HIIT
    PM chest and back (hopefully)
    fruit:
    2 bananas
    Protein:
    1 container tunafish
    1 container eggwhites
    Carbs:
    1.5 E.bread
    0 fats other than my ass

    Fuit - small handful of blueberries, 1/2 banana, 5 pcs pineapple
    Protein - 1 c egg whites, 1 c chicken
    Fats - 1 tab. lite safflow mayo - 4g
    - 2 tab. peanut butter 16g
    - 23 almonds 15g
    - 1 small tab. earth balance 11g
    Carb- 1/2 c oatmeal

    lots of vegs and salad

    2 mile walk
    hot yoga

    protein & fruit
    protein shake
    1/4 container roast chicken
    1/2 container of tuna fish w/a tiny bit of saff mayo
    1 1/4 container sole

    fruit
    6 pinapple chunks
    half bannana
    handful freeze dried rasberries
    lots of green tea - iced - pretty satisfying
    lots of water

    veggies
    6 gherkin cukes
    bag of petite carrots
    2 containers of steamed veggies
    1 bag of green beans

  5. Got a little light headed today. Drank about 2 oz of orange juice like Tom said ...
    I was cleaning out all my kitchen cabinets ... because we are working on tearing them out. I got lightheaded then ..

    I did your leg workout today Jody. It was good! I did it 2 x this week. My legs are not sore .. Is that okay or should I increase the weight if they are not sore?

    Finally friday...had a good week at work, but didnt have enough time for the gym, have to step it up.

    LOW CARB DAY(3)

    Protein:
    1 cont chicken salad
    1 cont steak

    Carbs:
    .5 serv EZ bread

    Fats:
    1 serv oil
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv egg yolks

    Apple and orange in the morning+ some coffee.
    looking forward for a little rest in the weekend.
