Low Carb day #3 Fuit - small handful of blueberries, 1/2 banana, 5 pcs pineapple Protein - 1 c egg whites, 1 c chicken Fats - 1 tab. lite safflow mayo - 4g - 2 tab. peanut butter 16g - 23 almonds 15g - 1 small tab. earth balance 11g Carb- 1/2 c oatmeal
Got a little light headed today. Drank about 2 oz of orange juice like Tom said ... I was cleaning out all my kitchen cabinets ... because we are working on tearing them out. I got lightheaded then ..
I did your leg workout today Jody. It was good! I did it 2 x this week. My legs are not sore .. Is that okay or should I increase the weight if they are not sore?

Apple and orange in the morning+ some coffee.
