I am still here hanging on... I have maintained the no fat no carb prison menu. I find that my energy levels are maintaining a constant level, low. I can barely type anymore. Just kidding, I love Phase 4. If you believe that... I am still doing some form of workout everyday.
Tumeric .5 tsp Hot water 2 cups Ginger a little bit (I shredded it) Let sit for about 8-10 min Then stain it and put some lemons on top This is so tasty I just found it in one of my magazines
