  1. Low Carb Day

    Great workout today Jody! My inner thighs and butt are feeling it.

    Thoughts - Why not mix my proteins, like put my eggs (hard boiled) in with my meat or even mix my protein (eggs) with my brown rice or mix my tuna and eggs. I like strange things so .. it will be okay I think for me.
    I think it would be good. I am going to do some creative cooking.

    Can you explain the chart that Tom had up on the weights in a little more detail? Should we be recording our weight daily now? to find a trend or no.

    Fruit - strawberries, pineapple

    1c egg whites (with spinach)
    .5 shrimp
    .5 sirloin, ground

    1 ez tst

    almond butter

    Low carb day

    Fruit:
    2 servings pineapple
    .5 E bread savoring every morsel
    Fat:
    3 servings almonds
    Protein:
    2 container egg whites
    a beautiful rainbow of peppers,spinach, and cucs

    Sunday always a blessed day off.

  3. High carb day -hard spin class

    a bit confused as to when i should have my high carb days. i only train with steve once/wk lately but i'll just do high carb when I see it's a hard work out? Also, high carb days(1.5c) have no fat and low carb days (.5) have fat?

    Protein
    1 c organic turkey breast
    1 c chicken
    Fruits
    5 pieces pineapple, 1 banana
    Carbs
    1 slice ez bread (.5 c)
    1 c oatmeal
    lots of vegs

  4. Jessica, you are a girl after my own heart. i mix everything. i put sweet potato in my scrambled egg whites. i mix ground bison and rice. go for it. it adds a little variety.

  5. Regina, do that. have your high carb on your hardest workout days even if it's cardio.

    No fat on high carb days regular amount on low carb days.

    Good seeing u today and looking forward to Tuesday:)
    We are starting phase 3 tomorrow, so today is my last low carb day of the week:

    protein:
    1 cont salmon
    .5 cont egg whites
    1.5 scoop protein powder

    carb:
    1 serv rice beans

    fats:
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv oil

    No worout today...just rest and preparation for next week:)
