    .5 ez tst
    .5 spotato

    almond butter
    sunflower seeds
    evoo

    Today I will go to zumba during the day and my jazz class at night. I did hitt yesterday. I am getting better. My speed has increased a little bit. 6. 0 was hard for me, but now I am doing 6.3 and that makes me happy. I just need to keep doing it ... because I notice once I stop then I have a problem getting back up to were I was, but sometimes my knees tell me to give it a rest.
    I am going to get my bmi done today a seven sight. I am sure it had to have changed. I am so excited ... I think I broke my 140 curse. :) SOOOOOOO HAPPY and extremely motivated....!!!!
