1 cod fillet
1 scoop harmonized protein, 1 scoop greens first

Carb
1 container rolled oats
1 container sweet potato
1 container wild rice

Fats
1 EVOO in large salad
1 almond butter
2 servings walnuts

Fruit
1 mango
1 blueberries

    6 egg omlett

    3 slices EZ Bread

    Fats:
    3 egg yolks
    1 olive oil

    Fruit:
    Blueberries
    Pear

    Cheat meal - Going out to dinner. Will have appetizer and dinner so that will take care of rest of carbs and protein for the day

    1 container Filet Mignon
    1 container sword fish
    8 egg whites

    Carb:
    1 container rolled oats

    Fats:
    3 yolks
    2 servings almonds
    oil from fish

    Fruit:
    Banana

    See cheat meal

    Cheat Meal - skied all day and then went to local diner. Roast turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. House salad.
