    2 containers egg whites

  2. Did HITT today.. Was excellent! I have been running only for a short while. Maybe like 2 years. I try to get better time but it usually always turns out to be the same.
    I did 25 min. and 2 miles .. Its like always a 12 min mile. I am getting much better. Practice makes perfect!
    I feel pretty great today!!!!
    I think I need new running sneakers, but I hate breaking them in.

    Today's food:

    Protein:
    .5 cont egg whites
    1.5 scoop protein
    1 cont chicken

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv brown rice

    Fats:
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv olive oil
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    No gym today!

    1 cont tuna with celery and safflower mayo
    carbs 1 cont brown rice
    1 cont sweet potato with cin.

    fruit .5 banana
    5 chunks of pineapple\

    fats 1 serv of peanut butter 16gf
    2 tablespoons safflower mayo 10gf
    22 almonds 16gf
