Did HITT today.. Was excellent! I have been running only for a short while. Maybe like 2 years. I try to get better time but it usually always turns out to be the same. I did 25 min. and 2 miles .. Its like always a 12 min mile. I am getting much better. Practice makes perfect! I feel pretty great today!!!! I think I need new running sneakers, but I hate breaking them in. HEY JODY CAN YOU POST YOUR FOOD TO... SO WE CAN SEE... MAYBE I CAN GET SOME IDEAS...
