    High Carb Day
    Will take today off since I worked out yesterday. (I will still do cardio just not weights) It will mess up my week a little, but I needed the workout .. It helps me to think.

    Fruit
    .5 frozen banana, 2 slices of pineapple

    Protein
    .5 chicken breast
    .5 tuna
    2 scoops of harmonized protein

    Veggies
    Spinach
    Cucumbers with V

    Carbs
    1 c ez tst
    .5 spotato lunch
    .5 spotato dinner

    Fats
    Almond Butter 15g
    mayo safflower 4g
    nuts 15g (cashews)
    Jody .... Can I really mess up bad with the nuts... I think I may have eaten to many at times? Usually I am a little hungry before I hit the sack ... Maybe I should try the protein powder....Just one scoop to get me threw.. What do u think?

    I weighed myself .. 141.4 not sure if I am on track.. I feel great and think this is a wonderful and comfortable way to lose ... I FEEL GOOD!!!!

    AC was fun, cant' wait to go back..I loove it there:)

    LOW CARB DAY for us:

    Protein:
    1 cont chicken salad
    .5 cont eggwhites
    .5 cont chicken sausage

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread

    Fats:
    2 serv egg yolks
    1 serv nuts

    Apple and coffee in the morning, also snacked on veggies, will end the day with 1 hour high intensity step.

    Cant't wait for tomorrow's training:)

    1 orange, 5 small pineapples slices
    Protein
    1 c fish
    1 c fish
    carb
    2 s ez bread
    Fat
    2 tab peanut butter 15g
    2s almonds 30
    Salad, steamed spinach

    I trained with Steve sat. Sat nite was my cheat meal. didn't realize it would be until dinner and had my 2s of carbs in afternoon. my bad

    Sun nite had wedding-didn't have container at wedding-ate protein and vegs

  7. Jessica, that's exactly what i do. Protein shake at night to keep me from munching. I think it's a great idea. Meals look great. you can get some of your fat in with fish oil pills. 1g of fat per pill. 1200mg. Lets avoid the nuts and butters for a week. Egg whites, avocado, safflower mayo and fish oils for your fats. Ok?
