    First to blog today:)
    Started the day with 1hour of cardio box , coffee and a pear 1 hour later.

    LOW CARB DAY

    protein:
    .5 cont eggwhites
    1.5 scoop protein

    carb:
    1 serv rice/beans

    fats:
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv olive oil
    1 serv almonds

    Salad with O il and v.
    Carbs
    3 slices ez bread
    Fat
    Almond butter

    Today will be might High carb and cheat day.. I really won't cheat bad as I probably got so much that I prob. was not on program. Really not to many options, but I am making the best of it.
    The waves are 21ft .. ocean is ruff like crazy. We are delayed by 7 hrs.
    Well anyway.. Can't wait to get home and back to my normal routine.. I love to cook for myself. I miss it!
