    I actually wanted to say chicken salad with mayo and veggies..not pasta, I am sorry for the confusion:)
    I am looking into making a recipe for chicken pasta tough...let you know if i find anything:)

    Well tonight I ate a salad for dinner with Ranch dressing/croutons on it.. I know its bad.. Can I fix it or should I just move on?
    By fix I mean can I call today my cheat day. I didn't eat my 1c carb

    Today;s meal plan:

    protein:
    1 cont beef chilli
    .5 cont chicken sausage
    1.5 scoop protein

    carb:
    1 serv rolled oats with cinnamon
    1 serv rice pasta

    fats
    1 serv oil
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    Orange and almond coffee in the morning!

  8. Jessica, Why?!!! Croutons should be picked off and ask for balsamic vinegar or salt and pepper with lemon squeezed on is great. There is no reason why you can't have a healthy salad. Thanks for being honest even though, i tore you apart. He he. Enjoy the rest of your trip.
