Good Morning, I am wondering what will happen to the meeting of Sunday? Fruit: 5 chunks of mango Protein: 1 container chicken 1 container egg whites Carbs: 2 servings of E bread spinich cauliflower broccoli
I actually wanted to say chicken salad with mayo and veggies..not pasta, I am sorry for the confusion:) I am looking into making a recipe for chicken pasta tough...let you know if i find anything:)
Hi Jody Well tonight I ate a salad for dinner with Ranch dressing/croutons on it.. I know its bad.. Can I fix it or should I just move on? By fix I mean can I call today my cheat day. I didn't eat my 1c carb
Jessica, Why?!!! Croutons should be picked off and ask for balsamic vinegar or salt and pepper with lemon squeezed on is great. There is no reason why you can't have a healthy salad. Thanks for being honest even though, i tore you apart. He he. Enjoy the rest of your trip.
