ReplyDeleteJayLynn - what I do is very specialized since I'm a competative powerlifter... I follow strict templates and do special supplementary exercises for a very specific reason... I take getting strong very serious, just like you take being fast seriously. I do run 3 classes during the week which I use as "extra / restorative workouts" because I use relatively light weights, but feel free to come into a class and see what's up - I'll be sure to give you an appropriate weight if you are looking for a "workout."
