    Almond Butter 2s 15g
    (Should really stay away from the fats today ... I didn't realize but I didn't count my yolks yesterday for my egg salad)
    cashews 15g

    Veggies
    Broccoli
    Pickles (craving)

    2oz almonds
    Protein:
    1 container chicken
    1 container egg whites
    Carbs:
    1 container of E bread
    spinach
    cauliflower
    red peppers
    broccoli

    What a great workout:) we burned 100 kcal more today than usually:) hehe

    HIGH CARB DAY

    Protein:
    1 serv chicken salad
    .5 cont eggs
    .5 cont chicken sausage

    Carbs:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv sweet potato

    Fats:
    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv saff mayo

    apple and coffes in the morning...veggies for snack!

  5. for thurs. high carb day - 50 min cardio
    Fruit
    1/2 banana and blueberries

    protein
    1 c turkey breast
    1 c grilled shrimp

    carbs
    2 ez bread
    oatmeal

    fats
    2 tab peanut butter 15g
    46 almonds 30g

    salad
    steamed vegs

    stayed the same on scale in fla. stayed exactly the same since I started. But I'm doing it.


    Friday - yoga class low carb day

    Fruit
    banana
    protein
    1 c turkey breast
    1 c chicken

    carb
    2 ez bread

    fats
    1 tab. peanut butter 71/2g
    2 tab . saff. mayo 8 g
    23 almonds = 15 g
    23 almonds = 15 g total 45 1/2 g
