    May you have a year of never ending birthday celebration. I hope you enjoyed your day!
    Fruit: 5 chunks mango
    2 mugs coffee in the morning with almond breeze and stevia
    I AM WORKING TRACK MEETS AFTER A FULL DAY OF TEACHING FOR THE NEXT 8 DAYS STRAIGHT. I HAVE FOUND THAT I NEED MORE COFFEE TO KEEP ME ON THESE 15 HOUR DAYS. IS THE COFFEE ACCEPTABLE.
    I ALSO INCREASE MY WATER.

    Today;s food:

    Protein:
    1 cont tilapia
    .5 cont chicken
    1.5 scoop protein

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv rice and beans

    Fats:
    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv olive oil
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    Apple and coffee in the morning.
    Also I did 1 hour step and 1 hour full body workout today:) had to make up for Monday.
