My snowed in low carb day:

protein: .5 container of egg whites
container of grilled chicken
.5 container harmonized protein

carbs: 1 container sweet potato

fats: 1 serving almond butter 16gf
2 serving safflower mayo 10gf
2 egg yolks 12gf
.5 serving of peanut butter 8gf

fruit: .5 banana
5 chunks pineapple

Not sure about my workout today. Possibly kettlebell class at 730pm

  3. Snowed in and suffering with a low carb day. Isn't that the name of some sad song.

    1 container of Ezekiel bread. As I was fondly looking at the cover of the bread, I saw the Biblical verse for the first time. Love it

  4. Jaylyn, LOL!!! I feel for you my carbs are done for the day. When your brain is deprived of carbs you will start spelling words wrong or maybe it was the vodka.

    My low carb day
    breakfast 1/2 banana, tomatoes

    .5 jeff's protein shake
    1 - 95/5 lean burger
    egg white omelet
    shrimp approx 6

    fats
    walnuts
    safflower mayo (lite)
    1/4teaspon sesame oil

    carbs
    1 ez hamburger bun
    ketchup

    veggies
    homemade coleslaw with safflower mayo,sesame oil.
    pepper, onions, mushrooms

    Had large salad with dinner and apple+ coffee in the morning.
    LOW CARB DAY is not really affecting me..i am not hungry or anything....
