  2. Low carb day
    30 minute HIIT on bike
    shoulders and arms
    abs
    Fruit:
    25 grapes
    Fat:
    2 oz almond slivers
    Protein
    1 container dry tuna
    1 container egg whites
    Carbs:
    1 container E bread

    red peppers
    celery

I find that when I spread out my 1 container of E. bread, this is far more tolerable. Another great tip that you mentioned, is a cucumer for the crunchiness.

  6. Jessica, I responded last night about the fats. I want you to go off the nuts and butters for a week and see what happens. Get your fats from safflower mayo, egg yolks, avocado, olive oil, and fish oil pills. 1200mg equals around 1g of fat.

  7. Sara, looks great. papaya enzymes i get are natures bounty I believe. i got them from cvs. i can't believe no one could help you. i will pick them up for you for sunday. gnc and vitamin shop sell them as well. the vitamin shop in eatontown has a huge selection of digestive enzymes. also, acidophilus would be a good thing for you to be taking. it puts good bacteria into your intestines.
