    Arm day today w(HIIT)
    Yesterday it was leg day ,did HITT 20 then legs and then went to my Latin Dance at night.

    Fruit
    Pinapple./.5 banana (had this yesterday but I just forgot to write it) I saw Tom's blog and changed my fruit as he suggested to everyone. I think for the most part I have been eating Bananas or Pummelos for my morning fruit. (Time for a change)

    Protein
    1c Chicken Breast
    .5 Harmonized Protein (1scoop)
    .5 Sausage Chicken (?)
    .5 egg whites


    Carbs
    1 slice EZ bread
    .5 c of sweet potatoes

    Fat
    Almond Butter 1s

    veggies
    broccoli
    Cucumbers with v

  2. steves class - high or low carb day?

    harmon protein - 1 scoop with 1/2 cup pinapple and an emergen packet

    large salad with spinich, grilled chicken, all kinds of veggies - no dressing

    1/2 cont brown rice

    1/2 conainer homemade gf oat bar

    large bag of celery carrots beans

    dinner will be grilled fish od some sort and spinich with brussell spouts

    22 almonds or some peanut btr in a shake

    Finally Friday:)

    Low carb day for us

    protein:
    1 serv chicken sausage
    1 serv steak

    carb:
    1 serv rice/beans

    fats:
    1 serv oil
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    pineapple for breakfast and some coffee...drank lots of water!
    Still having issue with digestion...for few days now...hope pineapple will help:)

  9. Sara, If the pineapple doesn't work you can also try digestive enzymes which can be purchased at any vitamin store. Jess is right you can add some flax seed oil to a shake which will help. Let me know.
