    Tomorrow is my b day.
    Today I will be having my cheat .
    Spending some time with my mother ... we will be going to the movies and late lunch.

  5. confused this is my cheat day so I needed to get rid of one carb, one protein and one fat. right? so I only had 1 of each today.. What did I mess up on?
