women day 48, fri feb 26

    Fruit

    Pinapple (very little I was stuck inside I had to eat that canned one only 2 rings they were nasty)

    Protein
    .5 c chicken ground
    .5 c turkey bacon
    1 c chicken breast

    carbs
    .5 Ez bread
    .5 sweet potatoes

    Veggies
    Brocoli

    Fat
    Nuts ( need to throw them away)
    almond butter

    This snow is great although I don't like shoveling it but love being with the kids.

    Can't wait til Sunday. I can't believe we are on day 48... When does this end what is the offical end date? and do you keep doing the same things after the program is done. Will you guys explain how to maintain at the end?

    Fruit 1/2 banana 5 slices pineapple
    fats 1 tab. earth balance 11g
    2 tab. peanut butter 16g
    23 almonds 15g 42g

    salad and steamed vegs


    Sat. tom'w is my cheat meal at lunch. and maybe a glass of wine with dinner.
