carbs .5 Ez bread .5 sweet potatoes
Veggies Brocoli
Fat Nuts ( need to throw them away) almond butter
This snow is great although I don't like shoveling it but love being with the kids.
:) Can't wait til Sunday. I can't believe we are on day 48... When does this end what is the offical end date? and do you keep doing the same things after the program is done. Will you guys explain how to maintain at the end?
