  1. Dear Jody,
    I weighed myself today. I was up to 112! I have been eating so much broccoli, spinich, and cauliflower. However, I am now on my fourth day of low carbs. I chose this only because I have at least 30 hours of track meets this weekend, and it is quite possible that I would rip somebody's head off if I were to have a low carb day.
    PLEASE TELL ME HOW I COULD POSSIBLE WEIGH MORE!!!???? Perhaps, I have 20lbs of vegetables that I am still digesting...
    Low carb day
    Fruit:
    5 mango chunks
    Fat:
    2 oz almond slivers
    Protein:
    1 container chicken mixed with vegetable
    1 container eggs with even more vegetables
    Carbs:
    1 container E bread

    (Low carb day)

    Protein
    2 c chicken breast
    Veggies
    Salad and more salad and o and v
    Carbs
    1c ez bread
    Fat
    Almond butter 1s
    Cashews 2s

    Coffee (skim milk and stevia/cinnamon)

    Worked out today did arms was really lucky to work out with my daughter.
    I ran and did arms and she did the bike. She loved it.
    We went into the Bahamas yesturday and took a ferry to the Atlantis hotel. It is beautiful. We went down a tube thru an aquarium (it had sharks and all kinds of fish) cool!
    Will return on Sunday to the snow.
    I hear we are getting alot.
    Miss being on my regular routine.
    Its hard but I am keeping to it.

    Its FRIDAY:) yaay!
    So yeah...did HIIT today twice:)getting pretty good in sprinting on heels:)

    LOW CARB DAY TODAY

    Protein:
    1 cont chicken salad
    1 cont shrimp

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread

    fats:
    3 egg yolks
    1 serv oil
    1 serv almonds

    Apple and coffee in the morning...took big bag of veggies to office and ate them all:)
    feeling good...LOOOOOVE THIS DIET:)

    2 tab. peanut butter 15g
    2s almonds (46) 30g
    fruits
    5 pineapples chunks
    blueberries
    salad and steamed vegs
