    Jody how do you usually work your low carb days?
    This is so much harder when you are stuck in. I would be outside a good portion of the day, if my little boy were not sick.

  2. Jaylynn, I am in the same boat. Sick kids and stuck in. Some things are out of out control. I still ate like i should for low carb but didn't get a workout in. I did however never sit down the entire day until 10 last night. I was a cleaning maniac. I took monday as my day off from excercis so now I have had two days without exercise. I will, however, workout today and twice tomorrow.

    Protein: 1 cont harmonized
    1 cont tuna

    Carbs: 1 container sweet potato
    1 cont brown rice

    fat: 2 servings almond butter
    1 serving almonds

    fruit: .5 banana
    5 pineapple chunks

    veggies: sauted spinach
    cucumber

    Leg workout

    1 green apple
    Protein:
    3 egg yolks
    .5 protein drink
    1 cont egg whites
    Carbs:
    2 pieces flax bread
    Fats:
    1 serv almonds
    1 serv almond butter
    3 egg yolks,
    spinash , veggies

    safflower mayo 4.0g
    2 s almonds 30 45 g
    Vegs

    steamed cauliflower

    What a great workout!Thank you:) I feel really good.See you next thursday at 7.30 if it works for you.For me work tends to wind down by the weekend and I can make it home in time, so Thursdays 7.30 is great...let me know!

    My foods for the day:

    HIGH CARB DAY

    1 cont grilled chicken
    1 cont salmon

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv rice/beans

    fats:
    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv olive oil
    1 serv almonds

    Had an apple and 2 coffees...snacked on raw veggies.
