  2. Today is a high carb day
I finally was able to buy pineapple to help my digestion, however, it is still a problem.
    Fruit:
    25 grapes
    Fats:
    1 serving almonds
    Carbs:
    1 serving E Bread
    Protein:
    2 containers egg whites
Track meets are coming to an end. I now have these swim shoes, so that I can run in the water. All of this because of one crummy toe...

What are the benefits to separating your low carb and high carb days.? I just did that last week, because I wanted to get them over and done. Also, my training has been significantly affected because of my foot.

In addition, my weight appears to be at a standstill the last two weeks? Could this be because I did not cycle properly?

  3. Hey Jody

Thanks for the info about the Buckwheat pancakes. How many = one container . I would probably use the soy milk or water.. Do I need to count the milk for a fat??
    Not sure
Thanks. Had a terrific bday today
Went to W B mall and got a really nice watch from my husband.
I went to someplace in Woodbridge called kids village for a friends daughters b day.
    Goodnite all!

  4. Jay, Sorry, I didn't recall any high carb days for you last week. You can have them all together if that's the way it works out. I am so sorry about your toe. I know an injury like that can disrupt your whole life. It must be very painful. Swimming is a great alternative.

  5. Jessica, your day looks great. You don't need to count the soy milk as a fat. A container is 4 5inch pancakes. We get arrowhead mills organic buckwheat flour. Follow the directions on the package but use only the buckwheat flour not the pastry flour as suggested. You can top with organic bananas or apple sauce to sweeten.
