ReplyDeleteHoward - yes that's fine considering the situation
ReplyDeleteJayLynn - it's likely that you are a very good cyclist, so use a different piece of equipment. You are in great shape, so it will be harder for you to get your HR up. Try using somehting that uses your WHOLE body rather than just your legs. You may find jumping rope at a fast pace (for example) does the trick.
ReplyDeletePhil - the lean turkey bacon is fine, count as a protein.... you need to read the label to see how many grams each strip is.
ReplyDeleteJess - fruit is not considered a container of carbs, it is it's own category. You can not replace a container of carbs with fruit.

ReplyDeleteI was trying to use one of my carbs during the day. Instead of eating my regular rice/pasta I wanted to eat an orange.
