    High Carb Day
    Fruit:
    25 small red grapes
    Fat:
    1 oz almond slivers
    1 0z pumpkin seeds
    Protein:
    2 containers egg whites
    spinich
    cauliflower
    cucumbers
    carbs:
    2 containers of E bread

    Had a hard time getting my heart rate up past 160. I did 20 minutes and then lifted chest and back. I made sure my form was good. I know that I am suppose to reverse it.

  3. Did Legs / Today is a high carb day

    Thank god my low carb day was a nightmare.
    I was so hungry. I felt light headed all day...
    Maryland was such a snowy mess when we left on Sunday. The long term parking took forever.
    We are crusing and the water is beautiful and the sun is out. I can't wait to get to FL and the Bahamas... I love the sun and the water. I will go to karoke tonight it is for all ages.

    1 c Lobster/Tiger Shrimp ( at dinner)
    ..5 c Grilled Chicken (Snack)
    1c Egg whites /green peppers

    Carbs
    1 c organges (not sure how many organges are in one container) Jody I am on my crusise so let me know its really hard to get some of the other carbs on the ship. (Breakfast)
    1 c ez bread (Breakfast and Lunch)

    Fat
    Almond Butter (Breakfast)

    Veggies
    Salad 2x
    My menu might be a little altered and I can't get alot of things + I am on vacation. Can you please type me some feedback I spent one day just trying to hunt down grilled chicken for lunch. Do you know that they were not sure what Balsamic vinagar was they kept trying to give me balsamic vinagarette...lol

    Green drink, gree tea, ginger tea

    1 banana
    Protein:
    .5 protein drink
    1 cont turkey chile
    8 egg whites
    Carbs:
    1 serv ez bread
    1 serv kidney beans in chile
    .5 cup tomatoe sauce in chile
    peppers, celery, spinash

    Jody, on the low carb days, we still eat 3 fats , correct, and can we eat tofu, if yes how do we count it. thanks Kathy

    Oh my god:) what a day..i was stuck in NYC, got home not long ago.It looks like tom. I will be staying late too, so if it is OK with you lets aim for thursday at 7.30 PM for our PT!

    had an apple and two coffees today..also snacked on veggies!

  9. Regina, looks great. The easiest way to get fats in when your traveling is nuts or fish oil pills. The pills are around 1gf per pill.

  10. Kathy fats stay the same. Tofu is protein. You can cube it and put it into a container to measure.

  12. Orange ... I mis-spelled. I don't have much time on the internet so...How many pces of fruit = 1c of carbs.


    Protein (high carb day)
    ran for 20 min in the morning and did arms
    I am still getting in my workouts.
    .5 egg whites, .5 grilled chicken
    1c salmon
    Carbs
    .5 sweet potato
    1c ez bread
    Fats
    Almond Butter 2s
    olive oil and vin.
    Veggies
    Salad
    peppers with eggs

    Trying my best... I requested all gluten free.. but its not the best I am really just sticking with the protein.. and the salads. and the egg whites. I brought my ez bread so the carb is pretty easy I just bring it with me to dinner.

  14. Thanks I will try not to stress out it is just that I have been working so hard. On the ships the fish is excellent and they don't mind if I tell them not to use anything but spices ..
    Tonight they have salmon and the had Red snapper but I didn't try that yet.

  15. I bet when you come back you will have lost weight. Happens all the time. Hmm never thought about the fruit as per container. I would say 2 oranges per container. Have an awesome time at the Kennedy Space Center.
