    Feeling good this morning .. Still a little stuffy but I took Cold med. last night and it put me fast asleep.

    1c EZ bread

    Veggies
    Brussel Sprouts (bag)
    Cauliflower

    Fat
    Almond butter 1s
    cashews 1s
    safflower mayo 1s

    Breakfast
    Banana with EZ bread with Almond butter
    Snack
    1 slice ez bread with .5 Tuna
    Lunch
    .5 rice pasta , Cauliflower, and .5 chicken/Shrimp
    Snack
    .5 tuna
    Dinner
    .5 rice Pasta , Cauliflower and .5 chicken / Shrimp
    Will snack on nuts during day.

  5. Had a really good day today.
    I ate a little bit different then what was on my list.
    so I will just record again.
    My pasta rice, got really hard so I ate .5 and then replaced the other .5 with EZ tst and ate the rest of the chicken and shrimp.

    I ate a salad with B Vinegar and the .5 of tuna. (this was really good)

    No brussel sprouts today. ... I was not feeling it!

    Today was a much better day for me.. The tuna really helps me and tom's motivation and advise.

  6. I was on calorie king .com and was looking up nuts .... I don't think I can have them because I like them to much the cal count on 5oz of cashews was like 800 ....wow
