1:30pm: 2 cans tuna, 2 tbsp vegi-mayo (7GF), 2 ezekiel (AWESOME TUNA SANDWICH- very excited about that)... it's the little things now. And pickles. Hard to believe it was only 23 G of protein.
4:00pm: serving of nuts
6:30pm: 4 soft-boiled eggs
8:00pm: tuna steak on salad, 1/2 tbsp olive oil
10:00pm: 2 scoop protein shake
Hour walk and some core and upper body.
I'm sorry Jody... I can't make it again tomorrow... I have a client event to attend. I am blocking my schedule for next week.
Jody... where'd everybody go?! Only 3 postings? I know I shouldn't have done this, but, felt so good when I woke up, I weighed myself. I gained 2 lbs. what's up?
Karen, did you eat more than usual on the holiday weekend? Weigh yourself again this weekend. I bet it will be gone. Don't worry we have only just begun this nutrition plan.
Confirmation day.. Went well and I met the challenge of cooking and feeding my out of town house guests for 2 days all those foods that I am not allowed to have. I cooked and it went in their stomachs, not mine.. Until the evening..... then the wine went in my stomach and way to much of it...

10:00 liquid egg white w/ onion, pepper and turkey sausage, banana, 1 tbsp of pb
1:00 large salad, olive oil and balsamic, grilled chicken breast
6:00 from the resteraunt, grilled salmon on a bed of sauteed spinach
and my carbs was in the wine. Didn't plan on it that way but thats the way the evening ended.
If you are coming tomorrow at 5:15 please let me know. Also, don't be late it really screws me up. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteKaren, serving size in tuna is 1.5. So whatever the protein says you need to multiply by 1.5. Day looks good.
