    Here is my intake for the day;
    6:45 red grapes, coffee
    9:15 shake 1 protein,1 greens,2 tbsp almond butter
    12:15 4 scrambled egg whites
    2:30 1/2 container steel cut oats
    3:00 1 container chiken with 1 tbsp lite safflower mayo
    5:30 1 container barilla plus with 1 tbsp pesto
    No protein here (wasnt hungry)
    8:30 shake 1p/2 tbsp almond butter

    Water all day..no workout today, tomorrow morning with Tom :)
