Do NOT forget to weigh-in first thing tomorrow morning

If we need to adjust you again we will. You guys (and girls) have been doing great. I know many of you have questions... I promise that all will become clear at our phase 2 meeting on May 31st. For now keep reporting and keep doing what we ask.

    800 Protein shake with peanut butter
    830 handful of blueberries

    Packed

    3 Protein, Salmon, Chicken, Sea Bass

    3 Carbs, Sweet potatoes, E Bread, Brown rice

    Fat, Peanut butter, Fat from fish

  2. only down slightly less than 1 lb - waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah - i had such high hopes do i need to adjust??

  3. Jan - NO WAY!!!! Keep it the same. weight coming off slowly at this point is a VERY good thing.
