Phase 2 meeting: Sunday May 31st (7:30 a.m.)

We will weigh in at this time, go over some changes we will make to adjust to phase 2 and take pictures again... this will not take more than an hour (including the pictures).
Please stay off the damn scale for the next week... Jody and I will be asking for feed back on your weight after 7 days, 10 days and 14 days. We do not want you to adjust a single thing regardless of what your weight is doing. After 14 days we will adjust. There is a reason for this and you need to trust us. Until then, stay motivated and keep us informed ! ! !

  3. I'm assuming this is where I post my menu...
    530 to 615 cardio HIIT workout
    630 am 2 scoop protein shake with water
    730 one container of rolled oats
    9am 3 1/2 egg whites
    930 One apple
    1100 Spinach salad with balsamic vinegar and one serving of sunflower seeds
    1 container of grilled chicken
    1 container of whole wheat rice pasts with garlic and a “spit” of olive oil
    2 pm One container of broccoli
    ½ container of tuna
    One container of salsa that I will use in the salad, tuna and chicken
    1.5 L bottle of water

  4. Jim - good stuff my man... you are using 9.5 ounce containers? Also, from now on post menu under my post that says (day 1, day 2 etc). If mine is not up yet then just use the day before.
