Lunch - will be Kathy's salad with extra chicken, green tea

1 container chicken
fats - 23 almonds, 2 tablespoons olive oil on salad
fruit - mango
Dinner tonight will be chicken sausages and veggies

Brett - yeah, you need to ask them EVERYTHING they put in there. I suspect more than just that. I could be wrong, but doesn't hurt to ask

Followed all the rules, just didnt have time to mark the times. Had a volume workout today. 15 reps of anything is tougher than i thought, LOL.
