Men: Day 25, May 28th

Reminder - 7:30 a.m. this Sunday for phase 2 meeting. Make sure you are there!

5:30 a.m. 2 slice hemp seed bread, Dream Protein, Greens First, 1/2 serving almond butter, apple

8:15 a.m. 5 poached in a bowl, 3 yolks, green tea

Lunch - will be Kathy's salad with extra chicken, green tea

packed:
2 containers wild rice
1 container chicken
fats - 23 almonds, 2 tablespoons olive oil on salad
fruit - mango

Dinner tonight will be chicken sausages and veggies

  1. 8 am- 3 eggwhite omlette with a slice of organic turkey and green peppers, 2 slices of hezikeil bread

    9:30- 10 almonds

    10:30- 8oz steel cut oatmeal, strawberries(5)

    packed-

    8 0z of monk fish, vegetables, and an apple

    dinner out- fish, vegetables, salad

  2. 6:00 2 pieces of Ezekial Brea 1 tbsp almond butter, banana

    9:00 nectarine and 17 almonds

    11:30 1/2 container of sweet potato and 1 container of chicken salad with 1 tbsp of safflower mayo

    Packed

    1 container of chicken patties

    1 container of whole grain pasta with organic tomato basil sauce

    1 container of cucumber

    1 container of red pepper

    Dinner
    either chicken or fish

    8:00 Myoplex w/2 fruits and 1 serving Alm butter

    11:00 15 almonds

    12:30 Kathy Salad w/extra chicken w/balsamic

    Dinner will be:

    do I need to tell you to not eat the rice past about 6 p.m.?
    And stop eating what I am eating... people are going to start suspecting that you actually are my bitch, cooking for me, driving around with an action figure of me on your rear-view mirror etc

  8. Busy last few days... no post... been working hard
    8am protien shake and a bannana
    1030am 2 slices ez bread slice tomamto and a 95% lean burger
    1pm stuffed hot pepper (stuffed with chicken and hot sauce) container of beets
    3pm container of shrimp with old bay and 2/3 container of steel cut oats
    tonight
    Tuna steak and gluten free brown rice pasta and veggies
    kettlebells after dinner...

    here is Franks intake for the day;

    8:30 grapefruit
    9:30 4 egg whites with one yolk 1 slice ezekial toast
    11:30 shake 2p/1 g/1 banana/12 cashews
    3:30 container sweet potatoes
    5:30 1 container brown rice,grilled chicken,veggies
    8:30 shake 2 protein/1 greens/1 almond butter
    water today

    10:00
    fruit, 1/2 cup dry granoloa, 20 almonds
    1:00pm
    salald, mushrooms peppers, tbs balsamic dressing, white meat turkey & chicken chunks
    very small scoop pasta w/ meat
    6:00
    1 1/2 scoop protein shake
    7:30
    dinner sucked - a bite of fish, sm piece chicken breast, broc. rabe , musroom & spinach
    good thing I had the shake
    amstel lt. b-4 "Jersey Boys"
    1-vodka rocks after the show

    Carbs:
    4 slices of Ez bread, 4 tbsn of almond butter.
    2/3 container of steel cut oats.

    Protein:
    60g whey
    9.5 extra lean ground sirloin
    9.5 lean turkey sausage

    salads from whole foods.

    Followed all the rules, just didnt have time to mark the times. Had a volume workout today. 15 reps of anything is tougher than i thought, LOL.

    2 buffalo burgers 8oz

    carbs;= 2 cont 9.5oz whole wheat pasta
    veggies;=carrots/green pepper/celery
    930pm 2 sc protein shake
